KUK M.Ed Admission 2025
Masters of Education is a post-graduate program for candidates aspiring to pursue a professional career in the field of education. The duration of this program is two years. Eligibility Criteria M.ED Admission
- The candidates must have completed B.ED, BA. Bed, BSC. BED, B. E. I. Ed with a minimum of 50% marks to pursue M.ED from KUK
- The candidates from SC/ST/ OBC/PWD category must have completed B.ED, BA. Bed, BSC. BED, B. E. I. Ed with a minimum of 47.50% marks to pursue M.ED from KUK
Note: The eligibility criteria may vary at the time of application hence, it is imperative to thoroughly check them before applying for M. ED.
M.Ed Application Form
The candidates must fill out the admission form available on the official university website www.Kuk.ac.in. After visiting the website, one will have to navigate through the course tabs and select M.Ed. The admission form for the same will be given on the website. All the qualified and eligible candidates need to fill out the online admission form to sure admission to M.ED. The online application fee for M.ED is Rs. 600 for the general category and Rs. 150 for SC/ST/OBC candidates. The candidates must take the printout of the M.ED application form as well as relevant documents and submit the same to the admission department.
Post the verification of the documents, a receipt will be given to the candidate confirming the submission of their M.ED application form.
At KUK, M.Ed admissions are granted on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. KUK conducts a common entrance test for eligible students. The entrance test consists of a series of questions on topics such as general awareness, education, teaching techniques, trends in the education sector and much more. A candidate must pass the entrance examination in order to secure admission to KUK M.Ed.
Post the entrance examination, KUK will issue/display a list of students selected for the M.ED admission. The list of students is drafted on the basis of the performance and scores of students in the entrance examination. The students who have made it to the merit list can now move further for a counselling session to complete the admission process.
The counselling session is the last step in the admission process. The counselling session is conducted by a panel of expert teachers having immense knowledge of the education field. A counselling session is organised to understand the skill set of the student and suggest to them the appropriate specialization. Based on the interaction during the counselling session, students are allocated seats.
